In this role, you'll be a key player in bridging the gap between our designers' wild ideas and the physical world, working hand-in-hand with our skilled craftsmen.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
About the Role:
As our PM, you'll be the glue that holds our projects together. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team and in-house carpenters to ensure projects run smoothly, from concept to beautifully crafted completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, considering both creative and physical production needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, collaborators, and especially our in-house carpentry team.
Oversee project logistics and ensure smooth implementation, including material procurement and fabrication processes.
Translate creative concepts into actionable plans that can be brought to life by our carpenters.
Proactively identify and solve potential roadblocks, thinking creatively and critically to find solutions that meet both design intent and practical limitations.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, the creative team, and the carpentry team.
Track project progress, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure clear communication between design and production.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, offering insights on feasibility and potential challenges.
